Have you ever wished you could yodel? Ever tried your warbly version of yodeling in the shower? Or driving alone in your car?
David Bradley never had to wish it. He has practically always been able to yodel. His father, a World Champion Yodeler, taught him the art by the time he was five years old. By eight he was playing piano, had learned harmony vocals and guitar and was singing in his father's gospel quartet.
David's skill and popularity in music circles brought him an invitation to join the Grammy Award winning western music group, the "Sons of the Pioneers" in 1988. During his 5 years as a member David became known as one of the greatest yodelers in the world. He has appeared on the Grand Ole Opry numerous times.
Honors abound. David has been placed in the Smithsonian Institute Western Music Hall of Fame, Singing Cowboy Hall of Fame, and the Western Swing Music Hall of Fame.
In 2012 David Bradley was given the honor of Yodeler of the Year from the Academy of Western Artists.
Today David is proudly working and performing as General Manager/Band Leader of the "Flying W Wranglers", from the Flying W Ranch in Colorado Springs.
The Flying W Wranglers have been performing continuously for over 63 years. They are the second oldest Western music group in the world!
Now you guessed what I'm about to say, didn't you? Yes. The one and only David Bradley will be our feature performer at the Buffalo Grass Acoustic Society on March 16th.
This will be a very special evening of fun and top notch entertainment- not to mention the world's best yodeling. Grab your family and friends and bring them out to the best event March 2018 has to offer. The show begins at 7:00. It's going to be spectacular! Yodel-a-he, yodel-a-he, yodel-a-heee!
